Welcome to 3patti-jit. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 3patti-jit ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), the operator of the website located at https://3patti-jit.com.
3patti-jit is an online gaming and sports betting platform designed specifically for players in Pakistan. The platform offers sports betting, cricket betting, PSL wagering, virtual sports, crash games and related services — all transacted in Pakistani rupees (PKR).
By accessing or using any part of 3patti-jit — whether you are browsing, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or simply reading content — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.
Important: These Terms apply to all games, betting products and promotional offers available on 3patti-jit. Specific products such as PSL Betting, Crash Games and VIP Club promotions may carry additional rules that supplement these general Terms. Where there is a conflict, the more specific rule applies.
You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account and use any paid services on 3patti-jit. This requirement is absolute and cannot be waived. 3patti-jit takes its obligations to prevent underage gambling seriously and will conduct age verification checks. Any account found to have been created by a person under 18 will be immediately and permanently closed, and any funds in that account will be forfeited in accordance with applicable law.
3patti-jit's services are offered to players residing in Pakistan. It is your responsibility to ensure that online gaming and sports betting is permitted under the laws applicable to you in your specific location. 3patti-jit does not accept liability for any player who accesses the platform from a jurisdiction where such activities are restricted or prohibited.
To access the full features of 3patti-jit you must register a free account. During registration you will be required to provide your mobile number, a secure password and other identification details as requested. You warrant that all information provided is true, accurate and current. Providing false information at registration is a violation of these Terms and may result in account closure.
Each individual player is permitted to hold one active account on 3patti-jit. Multiple accounts — whether opened in the same name, same household or using different details but operated by the same person — are strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts will be suspended, bonus balances will be voided, and any remaining real-money balance may be returned to the source of deposit after investigation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 3patti-jit username and password. Do not share your login details with any other person. 3patti-jit will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact our support team immediately at support@3patti-jit.com.
3patti-jit reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. This may include a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, or documentation confirming your payment method ownership. Account withdrawals may be suspended pending the completion of identity verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified time period may result in account closure.
You may request closure of your 3patti-jit account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Any pending bets will be settled according to their normal outcome and remaining real-money funds will be returned to your registered payment method after any applicable checks. Bonus balances remaining at the time of closure will be forfeited.

3patti-jit accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via the following Pakistani payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT), and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. All transactions are in Pakistani rupees. We do not accept cash payments or payments from third-party accounts.

Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used for a deposit. 3patti-jit does not process withdrawals to accounts belonging to third parties. Before your first withdrawal, identity verification may be required. Standard withdrawals are processed on the same day the request is made, provided the request is submitted before the daily cutoff time of 10:00 PM PKT.
3patti-jit does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges — please check with your provider. Bank IBFT transfers may incur charges from your bank that are outside 3patti-jit's control.
All bonuses and promotional offers available on 3patti-jit are subject to wagering requirements and any specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page. By claiming any bonus, you accept the specific terms attached to that bonus in addition to these general Terms. Bonus terms are always displayed clearly on the Promotions page before you opt in.
New players who register and make their first deposit are eligible for the 3patti-jit welcome bonus of 100% up to Rs 10,000. The welcome bonus has a wagering requirement of 10× the bonus amount before withdrawal. Sports betting wagers contribute at 100%, virtual sports and crash games at 100%, and casino-style games at the rate specified on the promotion page. The bonus must be used within 30 days of receipt or it will expire.
Placing bets specifically designed to exploit bonus conditions — including but not limited to hedging, arbitrage wagering, or wagering on outcomes with very low variance using bonus funds — is prohibited. 3patti-jit reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if such strategies are identified.
Promotional offers are limited to one per customer, household, IP address, shared device or payment method. The welcome bonus is available once per player and cannot be claimed more than once under any circumstances, including through multiple accounts.
A bet is confirmed and accepted at the odds displayed on screen at the time you click "Confirm Bet" or the equivalent final confirmation step. 3patti-jit operates on a "bet accepted" model — once you receive confirmation that your bet has been accepted, the odds are locked in regardless of any subsequent price movement.
The minimum stake on any single bet is Rs 100. Maximum stakes vary by sport, market and account tier. 3patti-jit reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market or for any individual player without prior notice. VIP members have higher default maximums, detailed in the VIP Club terms.
In the event that odds are published on 3patti-jit due to a human or technical error that results in clearly incorrect pricing (known as "palpable errors"), 3patti-jit reserves the right to void any bets placed at those incorrect odds. Affected players will be notified and their stakes returned. A palpable error is defined as odds that were demonstrably inconsistent with the market price available at the same time from the majority of comparable operators.
Live in-play bets on 3patti-jit are subject to a brief delay before acceptance to prevent abuse. During live betting, odds may change or markets may be suspended at any time based on match events. Any bet submitted during a suspension will be cancelled and your stake returned. 3patti-jit takes no responsibility for delays caused by the player's internet connection.
All bets are settled using official results from the recognised governing body or official data provider for each sport. For cricket, this is the results as published by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) for domestic fixtures and the International Cricket Council (ICC) for international matches. For football, results from the applicable federation are used.
Bets are settled as soon as the official result is confirmed — usually within 10 to 30 minutes of the final whistle or last ball. Any bets that cannot be settled due to a result being under official review will remain pending until the governing body issues a confirmed final result. 3patti-jit will not settle bets based on media reports alone.
Once a bet has been settled and the outcome confirmed in your account history, it is considered final. Requests for re-settlement will only be considered where a demonstrable settlement error has occurred and must be raised with our support team within 48 hours of settlement.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on 3patti-jit and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and permanent ban from the platform:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use 3patti-jit for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, create derivative works from, or otherwise use any content from the platform without prior written permission from 3patti-jit.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 3patti-jit's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform — whether in contract, tort or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
3patti-jit shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special or incidental losses including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity arising from the use of or inability to use the platform. This limitation applies regardless of whether 3patti-jit had been advised of the possibility of such losses.
3patti-jit is not responsible for any losses caused by internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, third-party payment provider outages, force majeure events, or any circumstances outside our reasonable control.
3patti-jit collects and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at 3patti-jit.com/privacy-policy. By registering an account you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy.
We collect personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, bet settlement, customer support and, where you have consented, promotional communications. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. All data is stored securely and processed in accordance with applicable data protection principles.
3patti-jit reserves the right to modify, update or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or a notification within their account. The date shown in the "Last Updated" field at the top of this page will always reflect the date of the most recent version.
Continued use of 3patti-jit after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with a change, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure. We recommend bookmarking this page and reviewing it periodically.
These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 3patti-jit holds its gaming licence. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process will be referred to the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
